From 2019 Gong Baths will move from weekly to fortnightly on a Sunday. There are 2 sessions: 5pm and 7pm. This offers an opportunity for deep relaxation and time for yourself, bringing body and mind into harmony and balance.
Regular workshops covering a variety of interests including yoga, frame drumming, meditation and making your own bronze singing bowl. A wonderful way to delve deeper into your interests.
Yoga for all levels. This weekly vinyasa Flow class will run until April when the timetable will return to 4 x week. There will be plenty of guidance and adaptations are given to suit all levels.
