This 2.5 hour extended class will focus on arm balances and inversions. The physical benefits of inversion poses include strengthening the core and upper body and bearing weight on hands improves wrist strength and flexibility. Weight-bearing in general improves bone density and inversions greatly benefit circulation and lymphatic flow. The session is for anyone who has some months of yoga practice. It is safe and adaptions will be given. We will use props and work in pairs for some asanas. £20
