A morning of yoga with Lucy and Ellie focusing on alignment, breath and core. They will encourage you to work towards a daily practice- no matter how little time you have- 5-10mins is enough. Start the new year with resolution and a commitment to yourself to have a quiet period everyday on the mat where with focus and discipline you can achieve a quiet state of being. Sheets will be given after the class with a basic home practice.
