BEGINNERS 2 COURSE: Mondays - 23rd April - 28th May. 6.30pm -7.30pm   

This six-week course is for those who have recently taken up yoga, who have not practiced for a while or who wish to return after a break. Covering the basic principles of yoga the class will enable students to begin to build on their knowledge and to take key yoga postures to another level. Taught by Amy Taylor, this 6 week course provides a thorough guide to understand alignment and helps you to work at your own pace. 

£60 for the course.
