TUESDAY: YANG/YIN YOGA 6.30 -8.00pm -all levels general

WEDNESDAY: VINYASA FLOW: 9.30am -11am. and 7pm-8.30pm. Level: Intermediate

FRIDAY: VINYASA FLOW: 9.30am -11am. Level: General

Classes are £10/session and are all levels. Teachers: Sarah Marten and Lucy Shardlow

  • Can prepare the practitioner for meditation practice

The classes are 90 minute classes and one-to-one starter lessons are available.   £10/class
