Tuesday: Vinyasa flow 6.30pm-8pm

Wednesday: Yoga Nidra 6.30pm-8pm

Thursday: Yin/myo-fascial release 6.30pm-8pm

Friday: Power hour Vinyasa Flow 9am -10am

Appointments can be booked directly with www.occasionalnut.com or you can email Studio Britford for more information.

Alongside Lucy’s regular Friday yoga classes she will now also offering nutritional therapy and bioresonance sessions from the Studio. She supports all aspects of health and weight management, using a naturopathic nutritional approach alongside bioresonance both as a diagnostic tool and as a gentle yet powerful healing modality. These sessions are personalised to your health goals, helping to identify imbalances and support your body’s natural ability to return to optimal health.

 Yoga Nidra - new class

Wednesday evening 6.30pm-8pm

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation practised lying down and you will be led through different stages — such as body scanning, breath awareness, and visualisation — helping the brain shift into slower wave patterns similar to those experienced during deep sleep.

The beauty of Yoga Nidra is that there is no effort required. You don’t need to “achieve” anything or hold postures. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be guided. For beginners, this makes it one of the most accessible forms of yoga and meditation.
