MORNING GONG BATH IN NOVEMBER: 1st and 29th

No experience necessary. This day is for anyone who would like to experience what it is like giving a gong bath. You will have instruction and the experience of gong playing with a variety of techniques and use of different mallets as well as a brief introduction to other accompanying instruments. you will also learn how to structure the journey. Later in the day, in small groups, you will play for your fellow participants. This gives you the opportunity to both play and receive, guided throughout by experienced practitioners.

This is wonderful and fun opportunity to experience what it is like on the other side! Feel what it’s like to be up and close to the gongs.

There will be a tea/coffee break mid morning and a cooked lunch in the house. After you have all played there will be an opportunity to share feedback.

Cost: £90 (includes lunch)

We honour the shortest day of the year with a powerful 2.5-hour experience. We will begin with a gentle meditation and some movement followed by a longer introduction into the gongs with shruti and singing. A deeply nurturing experience and at this time we can step out of the winter rush into a warm space of reflection, celebrating this sacred turning point as we welcome back the light.
