This day is for anyone who would like to experience what it is like giving a gong bath. You will have instruction on how to play a gong (we will have a wide selection of different sizes and types of gong), how to use various size mallets and how to play some of the percussion instruments we use in a gong bath. Later in the day you will be in small groups and play for your fellow participants. We will be guiding you throughout.

There will be a tea/coffee break mid morning and a cooked lunch in the house at 12.30pm. After you have all played there will be feedback.

You are also free to join the evening gong bath at 7pm as part of the day.
