If you have been to previous Deans Court Gong Baths, this is a wonderful opportunity to see the changing hues of summer and the many colours splashing the pond as the sun begins its decline. As it is getting a liitle colder in the evnings, please bring an extra layer. Blankets and mats are provided but you may want a cushion for your head and anything else that would add to your comfort. The body's temperature drops when we are lying still.
