Gong Bath- Full Moon or Thunder Moon

There will be two sessions as usual: 5pm-6.30pm and 7pm-8.30pm.

This full moon rises in the late afternoon on Sunday. The Thunder Moon is named due to the prevalence of summer thunder storms. It's sometimes referred to as the Full Buck Moon because at this time of the year, a buck's antlers are fully grown.

Everything around us is vibrating at a frequency, whether we hear it or not. It is rare that a full moon falls on a Sunday and the gravitational pull of the moon has a greater effect on the tides and within our bodies (we are 70% water). Sound frequencies can affect us on a cellular level, even influencing how we feel and function.

The gong bath's vibrational sound and frequency can help reduce stress, alter consciousness, creating a deep sense of peace and well-being for better health. To greater amplify the healing effectiveness of this Gong Bath all you need to add is intention and the energy of the full moon.

£10/session. Refreshments afterwards. Please bring a cushion for your head.
