DJ Fribbo will be playing tropical beats, tribal and nostalgic treats for a Spring get together. There will be embodiment, dance and we will finish with a crystal bowl relaxation/savasana. This is an opportunity to shake, dance, leap and laugh to welcome Spring and start the season with joy, vim and focus. There will be cacao before dancing and chocolate brownies afterwards.
