Yoga Organic Movement and Breath Workshop followed by lunch


In this 3 hour workshop with Andrea Baburske and Sarah Marten we explore the freedom of organic movement within our yoga practice and as such allow a transition beyond the shape and form of the Asana. Exploring this natural sense of freedom within our bodies has a profound effect on our well being and facilitates the passage of energy through the physical body. By dropping all expectation, we encourage our bodies to access a range of movement of which we previously may have been unaware and we can access a flow of emotion that is both joyful and life enhancing. This is a wonderful state from which to enter a breath work session. No prior experience needed - just an open heart and mind.
The aim of this workshop is to develop a felt sense so that we understand how our bodies hold the wisdom for a healthy and happy life.
